Shipping policy

vancrafts products are currently only available for shipping across Canada.  

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation of purchased products. All custom orders will take at least 5 business days to create before receiving sample work. Once it has been confirmed by you, you will receive a confirmation of your product and a tracking number.
